Mrs.Nazia tazin Imran

Nazia Tazin Imran is an assistant professor at the School of Civil Engineering- KIIT Deemed to be University. During her stay in NIT Warangal, her M. Tech dissertation was focused on the signal coordination of the major arterial network in the city. Thereafter, she went on to pursue a Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras. She is currently working on developing a bus signal priority system at a signalized intersection using vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2I) communication. The objective is to make transit services more appealing by reducing their schedule deviation and thus boosting their reliability to encourage more sustainable modes of transportation.
